'The Cornishman' News Article - Open Studios 2013
"Bay of Biscay Cottage saw a steady stream of visitors all through the week of open studios, part of a countywide event. Pam Furby`s paintings and cards are inspired by local scenery and her journeys to Scotland, France and Morocco. The large garden and wild flower meadow, together with the stone circle, added to the attractions.
Pam donated a painting for a competition. This was won by Joseph (pictured below) who is nearly seven and lives at Bosulval. Earlier in the week he had admired the oil on canvas painting,"Wave and shaft of light," and this was the one he took home. More than £80 was raised for ACE. "
There will be another opportunity to see the garden as it is one of seven Newmill gardens which will be open on June 23."
Studio open throughout the year, please ring or email for an appointment.
